In the game

A sandy bay between chalk cliffs, a faded promenade and a long pier out to a stone pier head at sea. Bring the seaside back to life.

A seaside town lives for the summer: crowds pour in on sunny days from June to August, and spring and autumn are quiet. Build out on the pier head and on the water.

The Grand Pier at Saltwick Bay was the pride of the coast: a band on the pier head, boats in the bay and a queue for ice cream all the way along the promenade. Now the paint is peeling and the pier head stands empty out at sea. Put the rides back on the pier, the boats back on the water, and get ready for the summer crowds: they come with the sun and go with the rain.

Seaside Pier opens with a faded promenade above the beach and the Grand Pier: a walkway on piles out to a stone pier head in the bay. The pier head is the only land out at sea, and the goal asks for rides on it, so plan its few tiles well. The bay itself is yours too: dock Bumper Boats and Swan Boats on the water.

A seaside town lives for the summer. Sunny days in July and August bring about 60% more guests than usual (June a little less), while March and October bring 30% fewer, April 20% fewer, and rain keeps people away. Build capacity for the summer peak, and keep enough money to see out the quiet months. The kit has the Wooden Coaster, the Water Coaster, the Log Flume, Splash Boats and the Pirate Cove theme.
