Running the team

Training, areas, pay and morale

Training

Send a worker on a course (half an in-game day) to earn a star: up to three, for faster, better work.

Patrol areas

Paint an area on the map for any worker, so the handymen keep to the busy paths and the gardeners to the flower beds.

Pay

A pay slider per role, from 80% to 150% of the market rate. Stingy pay costs morale.

Morale

Pay, workload, breaks and the park itself move morale. Unhappy staff work slower, and some quit.

The Staff Room

Tired staff take their breaks here, far faster than on a bench. Build it from Shops & facilities.

The park manager

Ticks off the chores you choose: fair prices, reopening rides, replacing staff who quit, hiring handymen.

Orders, uniforms and the park map

Tell each worker exactly what to do, then see where they are needed on the park map.

  • Staff orders: each handyman can sweep, empty bins, mend or water plants; each mechanic can inspect or fix
  • Uniform colours per job, or per worker
  • The park map (N): the whole park at a glance, with litter, happiness, crowding and queue-time overlays; click to move the view
  • Choose which news pops up; everything is still kept in the News log, with filters
