About packs

Do decoration packs come with Premium?

No. Decoration packs such as Spooky Hollow ($1.99) are always sold separately, for free players and Premium owners alike. They are optional and cosmetic: the free themes earn the same themed-area bonus, so a pack never gives an advantage.

Is a pack pay-to-win?

No. A pack is decorations only. The free themes, Pirate Cove and Enchanted Garden, earn the same themed-area bonus, so buying a pack never gives an advantage on the leaderboards or anywhere else.

Where does a pack work?

In every park on your account: the campaign, the Premium scenarios and your sandboxes. It is tied to your account, not to one park or one computer.

How do I buy it?

Sign in to the game (free), open the Scenery window, pick the Themes tab and Spooky Hollow, then “Get the pack”. You pay once with a card through Stripe; the pack is yours at once.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 14 days of buying Premium or a decoration pack, you get a full refund, no questions asked: email [email protected] or message @avniyayin on X.
