The Splash Pad is a water ride on a 3 × 3 tile footprint. It costs $2,400 to build and $360 a month to run, and guests pay $1.5 a ride by default. It rates 3.2 excitement, 0.6 intensity and 0.2 nausea out of 10, and each run carries 16 riders for 45 seconds, after at least 4 seconds of loading. It is free to build.
It is made for little ones: children, and parents choosing for them, like it more than its ratings say, while teens and thrill-seekers like it less.
As a water ride it draws far more riders in a heat wave, and it closes for the winter.
It comes in 3 looks: Beach Party, Jungle Falls and Candy Splash.
