- A simpler coaster editor, built like the classic games’ track window: a narrow window at the side so your coaster stays in view, one row each for direction, special piece, slope and bank, then Build this… with the price. The ghost in the park and a gold arrow show where the piece goes
- Special pieces in one list: loops, corkscrews, helixes, S-bends, chain lift, brakes, block brakes, boosters, launch track, splash pools, the on-ride photo and station pieces. Pieces that can’t go here are greyed, and their tip says why
- Brakes have a speed (10–80 km/h), boosters push to the speed you set (30–110 km/h), and launch track fires at its own speed. Faster boosters thrill more, until riders find it too intense
- On-ride photos: set the photo price in the ride window. Each rider decides whether to buy one, by the price, how much they enjoyed the ride and the cash they have
- Track you take up is refunded in full until the ride first opens, and 70% after
- Editing an open coaster asks you to close it first, instead of closing it without a word
- Every piece type from before is still there, and old parks ride exactly as they did
