Two riders in a steel cage are catapulted skyward on giant bungee cords. Brief, pure terror.

The Slingshot is a thrill ride on a 3 × 3 tile footprint. It costs $8,500 to build and $1,000 a month to run, and guests pay $4 a ride by default. It rates 7.0 excitement, 8.8 intensity and 5.0 nausea out of 10, and each run carries 2 riders for 18 seconds, after at least 4 seconds of loading. It comes with Park Baron Premium.

Children are too short for it, and families with children mostly pick rides the whole group can go on.

It comes in 3 looks: Red Alert, Cobalt and Blackout.

It belongs to the Space Frontier theme: inside a matching themed area it earns the bigger excitement bonus.
