Places to sit, and rides you can tune

Guests sit down, picnic and linger; you set how every ride runs.

Published September 2026

  • Seats everywhere: fountain rims, picnic tables, walls, lawns and steps
  • Centrepieces and one-click blueprints for squares and food courts
  • Ride length, Gentle / Wild modes and departure rules
  • Two or three trains on a coaster, safely blocked
Everything in this update (12)
  • Guests sit and linger like real people: most sit down to eat what they buy, families picnic at tables and on lawns, seniors rest often, couples sit and watch the rides and fountains, teens hang out on walls and steps, and tired guests look for a seat sooner. Parties sit together, and kids fidget
  • Places to sit everywhere: fountain rims, planter ledges, picnic and café tables, seat walls, picnic lawns and the sides of stairs, each seat for one person. With nowhere to sit, a worn-out guest flops down on the grass and grumbles about the benches
  • Centrepieces: the Grand Fountain (free, with musical shows at dusk and kids splashing at its edge), a Reflecting Fountain, an Obelisk Fountain, a Kids’ Splash Fountain, a Dancing Jets Plaza, the Founder’s Statue (free), a Golden Globe, a Ribbon Sculpture, a Carousel Horse, a Coaster Car Monument, a Topiary Giant, a Bandstand with a brass band, a Clock Tower, a Lake Pavilion and a Food Court Canopy. They cheer guests up over a wide area and draw people with cameras
  • Blueprints: build a whole town square, park centre, food court, picnic garden, rest stop, flower boulevard or themed street in one click, with a ghost you can turn and one Undo to take it all back. Themed squares for Pirate Cove, the Wild West, Space Frontier and the Enchanted Garden
  • Save any part of your park (up to 16 × 16) as your own blueprint, kept in your account and ready for every park
  • Six plain pavings for plazas: plaza stone, town cobbles, garden gravel, modern granite, market brick, and marble and gold
  • Ride operating settings in every ride window’s Operate tab, with live previews of riders per hour, queue wait, nausea risk, value for money and breakdown risk
  • Ride length from 50% to 200% (and 1–3 laps on coasters): longer feels better value up to each ride’s sweet spot, which the tab learns from riders after a day, but fewer riders fit through and intense rides make more people sick
  • Gentle, Normal and Wild modes on fourteen spinning and swinging rides: Wild draws thrill-seekers and scares off families; Gentle wins the kids back
  • Departure rules: leave with any load, wait for a minimum load or a full train. Inspection intervals from daily to never
  • Run two or three trains on a coaster with enough block brakes, and choose the cars per train. Trains wait at the blocks and never collide
  • Guests talk about it: “Way too short for $4!”, “Perfect length!”, “Too wild for my kids”, “We waited ages on the platform”
